yoga bagHow many times have you been caught running into yoga class trying to juggle your water bottle, mat, keys, phone, and towel? If you answered "all the time," then you are a prime contestant for our Yogoco giveaway.

Yogoco has used the tool of intention to create a functional yoga bag that holds all of the above. Plus, the two compartment bag – one side for the mat and the other side for your "stuff" – is made from... wait for it... recycled t-shirt scraps. How "om" is that?

And, not only are we doing a Yogoco giveaway on Stylist, we're doing one on That's Fit and Green Daily which gives you three – yes, count them – three chances to win! Each winner gets the added bonus of being able to log onto Yogoco.com and chose the bag of their liking. Can't beat that!

• To enter, leave a confirmed comment below telling us about your favorite meditation spot.

• The comment must be left before 5pm Eastern Time on Friday, March 27, 2009.

• You may enter only once on each site, for a total of three entries.

• One winner will be selected from each site in a random drawing, for a total of three winners.

• Each winner will receive one Yogoco yoga bag (valued at approximately $89).

• Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 and older.

Click here for complete Official Rules.

Winner will be notified by email, so make sure to check next week to find out if you're the winner!

Begin lying down on your back with your legs all the way together, and then bring your arms in as close to your body as you can so you feel your elbows touching the sides of your rib cage. And then to begin, bend your elbows and lift your palms up towards the sky, pointing your finger tips sky.

My favorite meditation spot is downstairs in the great room as it is very quiet and a bit cooler than rest of the house.

My favorite meditation spot is in the mountains right next to a brook or light running stream and the warm sun on my skin. I love the fresh air and sweet smell of pine needles warming in the sun.

I either take a yoga class at the gym or just do it on the floor of
my room or living room. Having recently discovered yoga download I am interested in trying it outdoors soon!

So...this is maybe an obvious/weird place but at my school there is a "prayer" room for students to use to pray. I'm pretty sure that no one ever goes in there or uses it for its intended purposes. It's definitely my favorite place to go to meditate because its dark, quiet, and really intimate.

My favorite meditation spot is at the beach about a mile from my apartment -- especially during the off-season months, with a bit of chill in the air, lots of dogs playing, and not so many people!

My favorite meditation spot is in my bedroom, on the floor. It faces west, so I get nice light in the evenings, and with my yoga mat it's really peaceful.

I practice yoga at a local center or in whatever room is the cleanest in my house. When it gets warm out I plan to practice on my porch or in the backyard but that will be a while since there's a snowstorm outside!

My favorite spot was the yoga place I went to where I used to live a few years ago. The owner did a great job with it! Now I'm trying to find a good spot after all these years. I don't think that my house is it because when I'm on the floor I see dust bunnies and that's distracting, even after I have gone on a cleaning spree!

My place to meditate is my back patio. It backs up to woods and it's calming to listen to nature.

my favorite meditation spot are those rare empty and quiet areas on campus that are not TOO isolated. an area thats quiet without a lot of foot traffic, perfect place to rest your mind/body in the midst of one of the most hectic and stressful places, school!

My favorite place to meditate is on the dock at my family's lake house. Nothing like laying out in the sunshine, closing my eyes, and just listening to the sounds of birds flying and fish swimming- so calming!!

Honestly, I can meditate anywhere, but if I were to choose my favourite spot it would be down at the waterfront! I'm spoiled and live on an island, so there are many beautiful spots on the water to choose from!

Thanks
