British supermodel Agyness Deyn and her beau Albert Hammond Jr. aren't the only fashion couple calling it quits this spring. Designer Rachel Roy and hip hop impresario Damon Dash have given up on their marriage of four years.

On March 9th, Roy filed divorce suit in New York's Manhattan Supreme Court. Luckily for Dash, the Vogue darling's divorce is for "non-monetary relief." Great, considering the former mini mogul is facing foreclosure on his two Tribeca properties and owes a whopping $2 million in taxes. But wait! Dash's financial woes don't stop there. Not only did his swanky car get seized last year, but he is also facing a slew of lawsuits filed by various law firms and landlords.

Ah yes, the emancipation of Rachel Roy was long overdue. Because if Dash handled his marriage anything like his money, these past four years have been a tad bit rocky for Roy, to say the least.
