Rejoice recessonistas! Today marked the debut of TheOutnet.com, a new shopping site from the retail geniuses behind Net-A-Porter. If you say it three times fast it sounds exactly like what it is, an online outlet. Sorting through the deeply discounted designer duds from the comfort of your own home, rather than taking a long road trip to towns that only exist off a random highway, is an addictively easy web experience.

With over 200 featured designers, TheOutnet.com will feature the same level of brand name quality products as its mother site, with wallet-friendly bargains a'plenty. To increase your shopping odds, check back on Tuesdays and Thursday when the virtual shelves will be restocked since coveted sizes can be hard to come by.

Hello, my name is Nancy. It would be the utmost awesome experience and great fun to win. Having an opportunity to win and then ------to actually become a WINNER...........PRICELESS. I would make purchases for my husband, two handsome sons, and myself. Having a new wardrobe along with the shoes and accessories would be wonderful. It would also make going to work a lot less stressful. With lot of new stuff, it would put sparks in ALL of our steps. Thank you for the opportunity. Good luck to all viewers out there in cyberspace, GOOD LUCK....

I am new to this site, but I find it very interesting. I think what I would do if I won that fabulous shopping spree is spend it on all of those poor people in Haiti that are suffering. I would be happy to just be able to shop. I love to shop, even if it wasn't for me or my family. Don't get me wrong. I would love to spend it on me, my husband and 5 children, but I feel I have everything I could possibly need and those people have lost everything. So, to sum it all up. I would simply have a blast spending all of this money on the people of Haiti.

Before I bought anything for myself or my family, I would buy clothing in different sizes for the needy and distribute them to different charity organizations, where they will be given to needy people and not sold to them. After that I would buy for me and my family.

It's good you would give part of it away, because you sure would have to claim that $40,000 on your taxes. I would give 2/3 of it to charity and the rest to my daughter and her daughters. That way taxes are covered.
