  • Altru's Unity Collection - A soy candle, aromatic incense, and fragrance oil are a great start in making your home into an eco-conscious retreat.
  • Physicians Formula Organic wear® 100% Natural Origin Makeup - True beauty might come from within, but there's nothing wrong with helping it show, especially when it's free of harsh chemicals, synthetic preservatives or parabens, is totally organic, and has eco-conscious packaging. Sustainable style is very important. What we wear on our bodies plays a part in our health. The products we put on our skin can affect our bodies. It also makes a big difference when we buy used clothing that way we are reusing material and not throwing it into a land fill forever. Donate your unwanted clothing!! and buy recycled products!!! :)

We're seeing the effects everywhere from not making earth care a priority. If we don't band together and change things, I fear for what my little dude, and everyone's kids, will have to deal with.

Sustainable style is important because in today's world of fast fashion where clothes are available for cheap and disposed of quickly, it would be great if all clothes were thrifted, recycled, and/or biodegradable.

I think sustainable style is important because it is natural-so many of our items now have been made with chemicals or processes that involve chemicals-that we really need to get back to the basics and wear organic clothing. Organic clothing, I have found, lasts longer and wears better than items that aren't organic. Plus, it feels great on your skin as well. Unfortunately, most organic/natural clothing and goods are out of my price range right now but the few pieces I do have I enjoy very much-and hope to be adding to my collection when I get back to work :)

I think sustainable style is important because it's important to be aware of our earth. We have a chance to make a strong impact and go green. I never use plastic or paper bags anymore. I make sure I always have a canvas bag on me no matter what. I also go out of my way to recycle everything I can. This is our children future.

Thanks,
Go Green!

It's important because it's natural and healthy so not only is it great for us, but future generations can reap the benefits as well.

I think there is already way too much to worry about when my kids get older. It would be nice if we could solve some of those problems now. How amazing it would be if we could have some of our environmental problems solved before my kids grow up. I think living, and teaching them a sustainable lifestyle is the first step to that goal.

It is great to have style, but if its not sustainable it is somewhat narcissistic. Better to take the moral high ground while expressing yourself.

i know the key to having style is our life is trying to keep the things we use everyday are environment friendly. from the toothpaste to the pillows and sheets we sleep on even down to the washing powder we use to wash our clothes with. if everyone just took a look around and try to cut there carbon footprint down 2% from what it is now. the earth will last a lot longer.
