Shimmer At Inner Corners
Sticking with the shimmer, now apply it to the inner corners of the eyes. Another light trick, this tactic draws light to the inside of the eye, erasing redness and making the eyes appear more open.

Blue Eye Liner
Now, apply a navy blue eye liner to the inner rims of the lower eye lids. Use a waterproof, pencil liner. The blue pigment makes the whites of the eyes appear clearer and whiter, and offsets any redness at the lower lids.
