If you're headed to The Hamptons for Independence Day weekend, you'll need comfy canvas shoes to lounge around in. Luckily, TOMS is opening a pop-up shop at the Solé East Resort in Montauk, NY on July Fourth.

The maker of the Argentinean-style slip-ons will also host a weekend-long "Style Your Sole" event, where guests can purchase plain white TOMS and let out their inner Picasso.

Not only will you get to wear your art on your feet, but you'll also be helping underprivileged children protect theirs.

As always, for every pair purchased TOMS Shoes will give a brand new pair to a child in need. The company has already given away over 140,000 pairs and has a goal of 300,000 by the end of 2009.

Don't fret if you can't make it to the beach resort this weekend, the pop-up store will remain until September. And for all the non-New Yorkers, order a pair (or two) online.
