In the spirit of Independence Day, we couldn't help but bring you this gorgeous compact eyeshadow from Sue Devitt.

The Microaquatic Hydrating Marine Minerals palette is formulated to mimic the "refreshing properties of the sea," and the Blue Waters combo of multiple blue hues certainly get the point across.

Use the lighter shades as a wash of color on lids, or dip a flat eyeliner brush into the darker shade to line and define eyes.

Blue eye makeup was all the rage in the Eighties, then became a no-no in the Nineties, and finally, it's back! (And happens to be a great way to make any eye color pop).
