Smells Like Amy Winehouse: Troubled Singer May Launch Fragrance

According to reports, Amy Winehouse was offered £500,000 (which amounts to $824,440) to launch a fragrance.

If this is true, Amy would join the ranks of Paris Hilton, Queen Latifah, Mary J. Blige, and P. Diddy, all of whom have their own scents.

Reports say the company wants to capture the essence of Winehouse's signature "50's" style, though it's not clear exactly what that would smell like. Hopefully not like hairspray and cigarettes.

We happen to think a scent inspired by tropical St. Lucia (where Winehouse has been living for months) might actually do well.

Seriously, this is not a good idea. Amy Winehouse and perfume? This is a talented lady addicted to many things and not doing much to get help. Perfume? What, to DRINK? Will it have a large alcoholic content?

Oh, this is choice, isn't it? So many possibilities! Rotten teeth, body odor, gangrene, yeast infection, vomit.....the sad thing is, someone is going to buy it, and someone is going to just love it.

Ahhh...the essence of the 50's
I can almost smell it now....stale Mad Dog 20/20 mixed with a bouquet of fresh urine & vomit all topped off with Lucky Strike butts to give it that extra kick for those special occasions.
The Eau De Toilette (take term literally) will be packaged in a reusable syringe.

Amy Winehouse and perfume? WTF? What has this idiot done except be an addict and show the world that Europe has white trash too?! There are so many more people that have been famous for good things that should be offered this opportunity instead of this piece of work. And their essence wouldn't make us vomit! I mean come on! An Amy Winehouse perfume? Haven't we done enough damage to the Ozone?

Why do this lady continue to get Good Gigs, Offers and the status of celebrity?

I did not know anything about her until she spat on the audience and was drug out?

WHY....WHY...what is so special about this woman that keeps the offers coming...?
