It's okay; we're totally addicted to the sassiest Housewives, too. And perhaps even more obsessed now that we saw a snippet of what's to come in future episodes.
On Thursday, it was revealed that best-dressed housewife -- and that's not saying much -- Lisa, a perpetual entrepreneur, is going head-to-head with Sheree's She by Sheree label by launching her own fashion line.
Just how horrendous will this fashion showdown be? We'll have to wait and see, but we're guessing pretty bad.
However, our money is on Lisa's line, since Sheree's been in the stages of launching hers for over a year now. (The new launch date is a vague "Fall 2009.")
It puzzles us that even with all their cash, the ladies of ATL just can't seem to get it together on the fashion front.
Newest cast member, Kandi Burruss, a singer-songwriter and former member of Xscape, could change all that, but it's a little too early to tell.
The biggest fashion victim seems to be blonde-wigged Kim (whom, by the way, everyone has an issue with this season).
Though, we were pretty shocked and impressed when she arrived at a party wearing the Versace zipper heart dress that opened Donatella's Spring 2009 show. Could Kim be turning her style around this season?
Nope. A scene later she slips back into her signature circa 1999 look when she attends class at Empire Beauty School -- she broke up with Big Poppa and plans on making money with a new wig line! -- in an extremely dated Barbie doll getup: a cropped pink leather jacket, tight bootleg jeans in a light wash, pointy toed heels and a big fat cross pendant nestled between her cleavage.
Speaking of cleavage, NeNe is still insistent on showing hers off at any opportunity -- this time busting out of a silky mint-green top with a gaping keyhole. Yikes!
Oh, it's all so painfully good to watch. T-minus three days...
"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" airs on Bravo Thursdays at 10 pm ET.
