Produced by Verus Group, the brand will first debut a men's collection for spring 2010; the women's line will follow suit (seersucker, of course!).
"The Harvard Yard collection pays homage to its namesake, which is the epicenter for tradition and excellence blended with innovation and intelligence," Jeffrey Wolf of Verus Group explained. "We are excited to present this new apparel legacy inspired by this iconic institution."

From the early looks of the collection, we think the prepster chic summer separates are right on point: classic pink and white striped shorts, fitted plaid button-downs, vests and, of course, the obligatory woven belt.
We can just picture the loafer-clad crowd boating on the Charles River or playing croquet down the Cape.
Okay, so we've always had a soft spot for those Holden Caulfield types!
