The US publication of "Marc Jacobs Advertising 1998-2009 by Juergen Teller" will debut next week, marking one of the longest standing creative relationships in fashion. Teller was responsible for Jacobs ads featuring a chic-grunge Kim Gordon and the bizarro Dakota Fanning in mini-couture.
