THE SCOOP: Cool girls were in the house at Yigal Azrouel's Spring 2010 collection. To complement the comfortably hip clothing, Brown used lots of charcoal shadow to created the "anti-smoky" eye, one that was more punky than classic glam. "It's very hard to do a messy smoky eye," said Brown. "It's much easier to do a clean one." Hair was pulled back in front for a sleek, wet look, and then intentionally mussed up in the back.

GET THE LOOK - MAKEUP: All makeup by Bobbi Brown. Charcoal Eye Shadow was smudged out and applied to the lower lash line. Extreme Party Mascara coated the top and bottom lashes.

GET THE LOOK - HAIR: Beenders smoothed the sides sleek with Aveda Brilliant Humectant Pommade for a wet look, and ties hair into a chignon at the nape of the neck. He then raked his fingers through the hair to achieve a messy effect above the bun.
