THE SCOOP: Band of Outsiders has made a name for themselves as the makers of clothes for cool kids. With an easy, nonchalant attitude like that, there's no need to pile on the makeup and create elaborate hairdos. Kaliardos did surfer girl makeup courtesy of glowing skin and cheeks -- and nothing else. Moodie wanted the hair to look like the models had just gotten out of the ocean and let their hair dry naturally. "It's quite beachy, but not big. Like there is saltwater in the hair and they have natural texture," he said.
GET THE LOOK - MAKEUP: All makeup by M.A.C: Kaliardos used Face And Body Foundation for sheer coverage, and dabs of Blushcreme in Posey for a "sunkissed, reddish cheek."
GET THE LOOK - HAIR: All products by Bumble and Bumble: Moodie sprayed and detangled hair with Prep, followed by Styling Cream (he likes how it dries matte) and then used a diffuser to blow dry the hair. He used his fingers to direct the hair into the shape he wanted by lifting the underside while he dried.
