Lady Gaga staged a one-woman revival of "Phantom of the Opera" by wearing a gold mask across the left side of her face.

She wore a black lace Jean Paul Gaultier dress, which she paired with a feathered neck brace by a London-based designer.

Who else but gaga could make a neck brace fashionable?

The best part? Kermit the Frog rolled down the window of her limo, and Gaga leaned in for a kiss! (Kermie's gonna have some serious explaining to do to when he gets home to Miss Piggy! Gaga is already a touchy subject.)

We suspect Gaga is hoping kissing the world's most famous frog will help her find one heck of a fabulous prince.
