Jill Zarin, the Real Housewife of New York City who famously walked out of a Luca Luca show when she wasn't seated front row...found out that this year's Fashion Week would be even crueler.

It was standing room only at Kai Milla's presentation Monday afternoon, prompting Zarin to complain about the shortage of seats.

"I'm dying! That's the only thing missing is they should have some random seating," she said.

Backstage, Milla, aka Mrs. Stevie Wonder, explained her design inspiration: "With the recession and all, everything was feeling so tight and restrained, so I said, I'm loosening everything up. You can just throw it on and go."
As for the models' unusual entrance (they arrived by elevator on the second floor and strutted fiercely around the room), Milla said her publicist came up with the quirky idea so the models didn't have to wobble upstairs in heels.
"I can't take credit for the elevator, it was my PR person!" she said. "When we thought of that, we said, 'OK then, we're gonna utilize all the elements in the space, work the elevators, work the floor, work the models.'"
And ditch the chairs! (Not that there's anything wrong with that.)
