Refinery 29's 'Shoe Stalking'

We were just talking in our office about how you really have to have your shoe game going on when you attend Fashion Week. Even the people wearing mediocre clothes seem to be wearing cool shoes, especially in this season of the "it shoe" as The Daily Beast has dubbed it.

So we were really happy to see that our friends at Refinery 29 (they're providing all our Street Style coverage) have a new feature called "Shoe Stalking." They're finding some doozies at the tents, and we salute them.

However, speaking from personal experience, I can say vanity has a price: The crevices between those Bryant Park flagstones are murder on delicate heels. Take the advice of Fern Mallis, SVP at Fashion Week prdoucer IMG, who says she packs flats for this very reason. But good-looking flats, we are sure.
