THE SCOOP: Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough's Spring 2010 collection had a sporty, resort quality with waist-tied, color block track jackets and tank dresses in shades of blue, green, and lime. And the beauty team was right in line with the laid-back, beachy feel.
Kendal created a "real boyish look" consisting of a bare face, strong brows, and raw eyes (perfected by layering a dark brown shadow on top of lip balm).
Malige was inspired by the vibrant colors and youthfulness within the collection. He molded pretty, yet messy strands to mimic the texture that comes from hanging out near the shore all day. "It's separated, very real, and lived-in," said Malige. And to add edge and spontaneity, three models walked the runway with sea green, lavender, and red hair.
And Choi rounded out the look with simple nails painted in a soft, creme lacquer.
