THE SCOOP: New fashion line alert! Timo Weiland's new ready-to-wear line was inspired by 18-century aristocrats, so the hair had to play along with cascading, feminine curls.
GET THE LOOK - HAIR: All products by Davines. Manetti pinned the top half of the hair, and then sprayed the back with Defining Texturizer and applied Defining Volume Mousse. He curled the hair section by section with a one-inch curling iron, and then finished with Glam Power Spray.
