Another high-end designer is cutting costs.

Target, H&M and Kohl's are all helped bring looks from the likes of Anna Sui, Jimmy Choo and Vera Wang to the masses.

And now, the latest collaboration between a designer and a retailer will give women a chance to wear Ruffian, favored by celebs including Kirsten Dunst, Leighton Meester and Kate Moss, without breaking the bank.

Anthropologie is working with the design duo, Brian Wolk and Claude Morais, to develop Mise en Scene, an exclusive collection featuring everything from apparel and accessories to beauty and home décor.

The Fall '09 collection will make its debut in November at select stores with a small line of blouses, skirts, dresses and coats. Retail prices will range from $118 for a blouse -- they start at $800 in the regular Ruffian line -- to $400 for a coat. Mise en Scene will also include three styles of hand-seamed hosiery, $38 each.

Look for bespoke details such as custom metal buttons, natural luxury textiles, architectural silhouettes, Ruffian's signature ruffles and novelty print linings.

For home, the collection will include stemware and candles made in France by Cire Trudon.

We can't wait! Ruffian at Anthrolopogie is a fashionista's fantasy come true.
