I agree with you. She always dresses too old for her age, this is the first pictue I have ever seen in which neither of her parents is either carrying her or holding her hand. I have never seen a picture of her playing with another child, or just running around, and just wearing playclothes. Other stars -- the Jolie-Pitts, Garner-Afflecks, Stefani-Rothsdale, the Beckhams, et al -- all are shown in pictures with their kids playing and being kids. Poor Suri is always attached physically to one of her parents, generally (although not always) doing grown-up things, and doesn't seem to have a playmate of her own. You can't say it's a "star" thing, as evidenced by the names mentioned above. And re: this, I played with make-up and dress-up, too, but it was clear that it was play, and I wasn't allowed to go out like that. She seems like a miniature adult -- it seems very sad to me.

Hannah, so happy to know you're personally acquainted to Suri's dad; otherwise, you couldn't have made such a statement. But, most sane people would be glad to say you don't know us if that's the way you discuss people in your vast circle.

Absolutely - there is a time and a place. I cannot imagine that this child will have a normal life ever. Ditto for some of the other "star children". Sad.

I agree too. There was a time when I was about that age that I'd have a fit if I didn't get to wear what I wanted, even outside the house. I went out in a few seriously goofy outfits, and probably had mom sweating that people might think SHE put that get-up on me, but she survived, I developed better fashion sense with age and civilization as we know it didn't end. Kids do that sometimes.

There is no evidence that Asperger's is genetic...I would say neither of her parents are Aspie's based on their public personas.

Maybe Posh is her role model.
