BEATLES IN A BAG
You've heard about the Commes des Garcons playful collaboration with Converse. Now, Rei Kawakubo, the designer and founder of the Japanese French infusion line has teamed with musical catalog owners, Apple Corp for a new collection of handbags under The Beatles/Comme des Garcons label. The first styles will debut in November.
Paris Fashion Week is rolling out the two-wheelers, but not Harley Davidsons. And forget biker shorts! The French would rather pedal to shows in stilettos, scarves and dresses. "Cycling can be gorgeous. It shouldn't be dominated by bike freaks," says Mikael Colville-Andersen, founder of Cycle Chic, a site similar to The Satorialist, but for bike fashion.

It seems Brigitte Bardot inspired more than just fashion. "Barbarella," the '60s super-girl hero was inspired by Bardot. And now, she is on display, nude and in bondage gear. This, among other racy comic-strip art is being shown a new provocative exhibit called "Sexties" at the Centre for Fine Arts in Brussels.
