Last night in Los Angeles, David Beckham and James Bond (the designer of the cult sneaker brand Undefeated) launched a new apparel, footwear and accessories collection dubbed "David Beckham by J. Bond Adidas Originals by Originals."

The line -- which features sneakers in vibrant yellow, orange and blue hues -- along with a more staid black color -- was inspired by mixing luxury and streetwear styles.

Beckham's collaboration is part of the second season roll-out for the Originals by Originals concept, which aims to bring unique individuals and style icons together to create capsule collections.

Last season Adidas pegged designer Jeremy Scott.

Out to fête the partnership were celebs Eva Longoria, Ben Stiller, Snoop Dogg, Ciara, Rashida Jones and, of course, Victoria Beckham.

So, while Mr. Beckham hit the red carpet in a relaxed hoodie and kicks, could we expect to see the same from Mrs. Beckham, um, perhaps sporting her husband's new line?

Not for a second!

The posh mother of three stepped out in a waist-cinching black dress, per her signature severe high-fashion silhouette, and a vicious pair of velvet round-toe pumps.
