For spring 2010, JC de Castelbajac was in an anything goes state of mind, with parrots, pirates, sharks, and well, just about anything appearing to be a source of inspiration.

The designer can claim responsibility for Lady Gaga's infamous fuzzy Muppets fashions, and stayed true to that paparazzi-provoking aesthetic for his spring runway show.

One model wore a simple black dress adorned with a colorful stuffed parrot, flaunting its full plumage, paired with an eye patch, of course.

Another look was a yellow-and-black straw-like getup that resembled a tiki bumble bee.

But unlike at most shows, the models actually seemed to be having fun. Each struck a pose at the end of the runway, including one catwalker who was clearly inspired by the picture of Prince on the sheath she was wearing.

So, which one of these colorful frocks will Lady Gaga be rocking next? Or perhaps we'll see these designer duds popping up in the singer's new comic book -- they are, after all, superhero appropriate.
