Some members of the Marciano family apparently believe they are above the law. A young (age 25) domestic employee of Armand and Marie Marciano, claims she was forced to have sexual intercourse and oral sex with Armand Marciano at their sprawling Beverly Hills mansion allegedly under the threat that he would have her deported and would fire her if she did not relent to his advances. She spat his semen on her nightgown and later presented it to the Los Angeles Police Department for a DNA analysis. The DNA would prove to be that of Armand Marciano.

Both the Marciano’s are named in Superior Court lawsuits. Marie allegedly covered up the acts of her husband by having the room in which the young employee slept refurbished after notice that the police were investigating the matter.

Another employee, who was discharged from her employment after giving the police a statement, contends that her firing was a further cover-up of the alleged conduct of the Marciano’s.
