The case is getting grimmer for former Dolce & Gabbana publicist Ali Wise.

After being arrested and charged on felony counts of computer trespass and eavesdropping, the former golden girl appeared in New York criminal court yesterday as prosecutors tacked on more charges to the suit, reports WWD.

Wise was arrested in July for allegedly using a SpoofCard (Internet spyware) to hack into socialite and interior designer Nina Freudenberger's voicemail and was charged with one count each of computer trespass and eavesdropping.

Now the Manhattan District Attorney's office has amended the complaint, tacking on an additional victim and several more misdemeanor charges to Wise's case, according to the paper.

The girl-about-town now faces one count of stalking in the fourth degree and four counts each of computer trespass, eavesdropping, aggravated harassment in the second degree and computer tampering in the fourth degree.

While the other charges are misdemeanors, each count of computer trespass and eavesdropping is a Class E felony and can carry a prison sentence of up to four years.

The former publicist will return to court in January to face the charges, but hasn't skipped a social beat, showing up at Charlotte Ronson's Spring 2010 runway show in Anna Wintour-style sunglasses (above).

Wise isn't the only fashion insider with courtroom drama. A former fit model alleged that this CEO made unwanted sexual advances.
