Lindsay Lohan has aged.

Recent photos of a haggard-looking Lohan with bleached-out hair, too-heavy makeup, forehead wrinkles, and inflated, look-at-me lips give the 23-year-old star the look of someone much, much older.

Someone like, say, Pamela Anderson or Donatella Versace. The comparisons are rolling in, and they're not pretty.

So, what's with the hard, plastic look? Has Lohan had a little work done? Dr. Andrew Jacono, a NYC plastic surgeon, told us that "Lindsay Lohan's upper lip has likely been filled."

Lucky for LiLo, popular hyaluronic fillers like Restylane and Juvederm are only temporary, and should start to absorb back into the body's own supply in about six months.

Just ask Britney Spears or Jessica Simpson, both of whom have dabbled.

Could that famous pout be fake? "Liz Hurley's lips have become flatter," notes Dr. Jacono, who believes she may have had a filler like Juvederm. "It looks natural and well done."

"Heidi Montag's lips look like they have been augmented...her teeth also show less than they did before," says Jacono. "She also appears to have had a rhinoplasty. The tip of her nose is smaller and more refined, and her bridge looks reduced."

Looks like an unfortunately case of trout pout. According to Dr. Jacono, "Kim Delaney appears to have the look that's common when lips are overly filled with a hyaluronic acid filler. The upper lip is proportionately too large and both are a little over-projected for her face."
