Brightly colored lids are a look that we usually spot during the spring. But leave it up to Rihanna to rock the trend two seasons early.

The beauty rebel caught our attention with her purple eyeshadow while posing on the red carpet at the Nokia X6 launch party in London, England on November 16. The racy hue complements Rihanna's bronzed skin and sleek new hairdo. And we love how she paired it with a glossy, nude pucker.

But is RiRi's eyeshadow a hit or miss?
