Hi-tech beauty devices promising to zap away all of our beauty concerns (wrinkles, zits, unwanted hair, etc.) got us all excited a few years ago -- until we realized the results were nothing to write home about.

The no!no! hair removal device was one such tool. Thankfully the folks at no!no! were smart enough to do a little research into new technology and now they've come out with the revamped no!no! 8800. The new model uses supercharged thermal technology to painlessly eliminate unwanted hair more effectively than the older version.

We don't think it'll make you look like you have a perma-wax, but they claim your hair will grow back thinner and lighter over time. At $220 it's not a steal, but who can put a price on less body hair?

Also new to the zapping scene is the no!no! Skin, which uses heat and light energy to target pimples.

Again, not a steal (it's $180) but aren't you just so sick of "spot treatments" that don't do anything besides bleach out your pillowcase?

Isn't technology great? Now if only there was an anti-aging phone app...

I ordered mine through that website. You can choose to see the price in GBP instead of USD. (once you've reached the basket stage)

A couple of things to beware of though. There are some hidden costs.
The credit card company can charge you for the international purchase.
Also you will need to pay extra to customs - VAT.
I got a lovely little letter from Parcel Force telling me that they will deliver my package after I pay them about £19.00! Some for VAT from customs, some their own charge. You can pay them over the phone.

You also need to take into account any exchange rate changes that may occur while they are processing your order. The final amount on your email may not be the final amount on your bill! I was able to get a refund of the difference between the email total and the bill total, less the bank charge of course. Though I don't know if this is the norm so don't count on it happening! The exchange difference for me was around £20, though obviously that will fluctuate.

The product is sent from Israel not Us as that is where it's made. On your confirmation email there will be a uk helpline, don't worry - you won't need to phone US if you have problems! Hope all goes well!
