Earlier this month, he showed his pre-fall collection. Monday, he showed his summer Z Spoke collection for Saks Fifth Avenue. And today, he previewed his Go International collection for Target, which will debut in April.
And then there's New York's Fall Fashion Week coming up in February. "I'm working up until the holidays. We're designing fall right now -- I'm into a really clean fall," the designer told StyleList.
Instead of leaving town for some holiday travel, Posen admitted he's keeping low-key. "I'm staying in my hometown, I'm cooking and I'm having a small dinner with friends on Christmas Eve at Le Caprice, the new restaurant in The Pierre [hotel in NYC]. We're working on the menu right now."
He also has a short wish list of things he wants to do: Go to the theater and see "Art of the Samurai" at the Met.
As for gifts, he's giving homemade cookies, ranges of color pencils from Makeup Forever and the new Polaroid camera.
Interestingly, the designer of the largest Go International collection that Target's ever done wants nothing for Christmas. "I don't want anything material," he said. "I don't need anything ... just my friends and family to be safe."
