ANSWER: New Years Eve is the ultimate party night. And what says celebration more than a shimmering smoky eye? To give your look a boost, apply a creamy black liner to the upper and lower lash lines and smudge it out using a makeup brush or cotton swab.
Next, swipe a shimmering shadow (I'm partial to rich browns or greens because they're more wearable) to the lids and blend from lash lines to creases. Apply the same shadow along the lower lash lines and blend.
Add mascara, blush and a nude gloss, and you're ready to rock the evening.
