Victoria's Secret Model Admits to Extra Padding... A Lot of It!
"I do believe in chicken fillets," she tells the paper, describing the rubbery breast enhancers that help ladies achieve a fuller and perkier looking bust. "I'm not saying you have to use them, but if anyone knows me and sees me in a photoshoot, well, there are friends in there. I've been known to have three in at a time for shoots -- plus padding."
[And you can definitely expect to see Huntington-Whiteley in photo shoots in the very near future. Victoria's Secret confirmed to StyleList that the lingerie model/'Bombshell' will be appearing in its Valentine's Day Wild at Heart campaign.]
Before you forward the comforting fact that even VS models stuff their bras to your boyfriend, keep reading.
The 22-year-old vixen -- who also appears completely au naturel in the new Terry Richardson-shot Pirelli calendar -- is offering more tricks of the trade for us regular ladies to use at home.
"I won't do a lingerie shoot unless I'm tanned," Huntington-Whiteley says. "I think most women will admit that they look better when they're brown. I fake tan -- but I don't recommend sunbeds -- and at work, they'll put body make-up on."
The latter is a fact confirmed by fellow VS model Selita Ebanks, who fessed up to "about 20 layers of makeup on my butt alone."
As for posing, Huntington-Whiteley clues the paper's readers in on how to "do sexy."
"There's the arched back, bum out, hands on the hips pose. That's sexy in one way, though there are a lot of different ways to be sexy."
According to the British model those varied methods include licking your lips, perfecting smoldering locks and staying super hydrated.
"Good sexy bedroom hair should be just a little tousled, nothing too neat," she says. "Also, drink a big bottle of water every day, as it will take away puffiness -- Fiji is best. Everybody rolls their eyes at this tip, but it does work. Water is the drug of God, that's what I say."
Sounds like a slew of last-minute gift ideas and a sexy holiday plan to us.

Ladies, have you ever looked in the mirror and thought, My ass doesn't look fat enough in these jeans! I wish there were something I could do to make it look bigger! ?Then this post is for you (all one of you).
Paula Abdul's stylist, Jennifer Rosenblatt, is endorsing a new brand of padded panties called Booty Pop. "I do not usually give my tricks of the trade to the public but Booty Pop is too good to keep to myself," she says of "The Panties That Make Your Booty Pop." (Because the slogan "The Panties That Cup Paula Abdul's Ass While She Mumbles Incoherently" just doesn't have the same je ne sais quoi.)
The unmentionables are rated: Sweet (S), Sweeter (M) and Sweetest (L). If only all sizing was as kind! Of course, you'll have to get past the name, which brings to mind the "doody bubbles" that Whitney Houston made famous on Being Bobby Brown. Not to spoil your lunch or anything. But if you can stomach that, the panties come in such "bootylicious colors" as black licorice, white vanilla marshmallow, and pink cotton candy.
