Carla Bruni recently attracted beauty giant Lancôme to support her eponymous foundation which funds social and cultural programs for disadvantaged students in France.
Now, Karl Lagerfeld is jumping on the charitable bandwagon with a limited edition doll and matching girl's dress for Parisian toy store Au Nain Bleu -- a portion of the proceeds will go to benefit Bruni's foundation, reports WWD.
While the brunette doll (which could be a round-eyed Bruni rendition) will be available next year and is adorable, it's the royal frock that could very well serve as a tiny tot's entrée into the luxury world of fashion.
After all, with Suri Cruise toddling around in high heels, what's a bit of fanciful pleating by one of the great designers of our time for your pint-sized fashionista?
The pale gold number is currently for sale online and at the Paris boutique, but it doesn't come cheap -- the dress retails for a whopping 820 euros (or approximately $1,169).
Bruni is helping kids with her foundation, but a recent unsavory run-in at a French school might make her think twice.
