Carrie Bradshaws of the world: Your heaven is about to arrive on Earth.

Opening in March 2010 in NYC's flatiron district on a strip formerly known as "the ladies' mile," Limelight Marketplace will be a three-level menagerie of over 60 chic fashion, beauty, art and foodie shops housed in a historic 163 year-old former Presbyterian Church that enjoyed a heyday as a nightclub in the 80s and 90s.

"Limelight Marketplace evokes the feeling of walking through a European marketplace. The space creates an experience that is exciting – visually, sensually, spiritually and intellectually," CEO Jack Menashe tells Stylelist. "We're unique insomuch that department stores can be overwhelming and sometimes lack the personal attention consumers want."

The J. Sisters – most famed for introducing the risqué Brazilian Bikini Wax to the US – have already set up shop. And we hear that organic skincare company Soapology, Japanese 24 carat gold infused skin care line Cosme Proud and fine apothecary Caswell Massey will all have boutiques too.

"Limelight Marketplace is a destination for beauty lovers. We're working with brands whose products are superior from the formula to the packaging, to corporate principles and customer service," says Menashe.

Jonice Padilha – one of the seven J. Sisters – tells us that celebs like Sarah Jessica Parker, Gwyneth Paltrow, Cameron Diaz and Lindsay Lohan have all been beautified at the 57th St flagship salon location. Not surprisingly, stylish fashionistas have flocked to the salon since; the Limelight Marketplace will be their second location.

And Padilha has some sage advice if you're a waxing first-timer.

"Most people think waxing is painful and are nervous when they come in for the first time. The less tense and stressed you are, the better your experience will be. I often tell clients to drink a margarita or glass of wine before they come in to relax! Some people take Advil, but I don't think it's useful at all – once you manage the stress level, the pain will alleviate," says Padilha.

Not only can you get your wax on at J. Sisters, but the salon offers a full range of services, including cuts, color and mani and pedis.

Sounds like the perfect end to a day of power shopping with your girl friends.
