Victoria USUALLY looks impeccable. Her photos are really hit and miss. This picture though, is awful. Horrifying, in fact. She's skin and bones, and she's flaunting it! I don't mean to be ugly; I have nothing against her. I just think she needs to gain a lot of weight before she wears such revealing clothing.
