If you've heard rumors that Rock & Republic Cosmetics is packing up its makeup bag, you can go ahead and wipe away those mascara smudges.

A spokesperson for the company confirmed to StyleList that the beauty brand is not closing.

"It will be sold exclusively at Rock & Republic signature stores like the boutique on Robertson [in Los Angeles] and at the Wynn [in Las Vegas], as well as through the Website rockandrepubliccosmetics.com."

Known for its premium denim, Rock & Republic launched its cosmetics line -- featuring items for the face, eyes and lips, as well as brushes -- in 2008.

And "new products are launching" including the above train case.
