"Project Runway" arrives in New York City this week for its Season 7 homecoming, but the good news keeps coming -- StyleList has the perfect way for readers to celebrate!

We've teamed up with "Project Runway's" network, Lifetime to giveaway a kick-off prize pack of show-themed gear.

No, it's not the Alpaca coat we were craving from Christian Siriano's fall collection, but its fun stuff for the diehard "Project Runway" fan.

The contest collection includes a messenger bag made of vinyl from Season 7 billboards (so green chic!), an umbrella to protect you from soggy fashion days and a long-sleeved T-shirt featuring slikscreen prints of Tim Gunn and Heidi Klum in the Big Apple.

We have to confess our favorite item is the wrist pin cushion; perfect for channeling the hardworking cast during our DIY projects. All together, it's enough to pull together a full-on "Project Runway" wardrobe, and make it work.

The contest is all part of Lifetime's efforts to remind viewers our favorite fashion reality show is back where it belongs after a gloomy Season 6 in sunny Los Angeles.

The show is boasting a new Website, new YouTube channel and "incredible talent unthinkable challenges."

Here's how to enter:

  • Leave a confirmed comment telling us what you're most excited for in Season 7.
  • The comment must be left before 5pm ET on Jan. 19, 2010.
  • You may enter only once. One winner will be selected in a random drawing.
  • One winner will receive a prize pack of Project Runway themed goodies (valued at $165).
  • Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 and older.
  • Click here for complete official rules.
You can catch the new season premiere on Thursday, Jan. 14 at 10 p.m. ET on Lifetime.

Meanwhile, you can check out our one-on-one interview with Season 6 winner and native New Yorker Irina Shabayeva.

I am most excited by the fact that there will be new shows to watch. My four-year-old son is a Project Runway fanatic and we have watched all of season six at least two dozen times. No, I'm not kidding.

It makes me laugh to watch my son enjoy the show so much. He is forever doing his "runway walk" in the kitchen and has now taken to designing his own creations using paper and fabric. He tells us and his preschool teachers that he is looking for inspiration for his designs. Maybe he will find what he is looking for from the new shows this season.

The show is great! Except for a few words I have to distract him from and the occasional semi-nude model it's great for the whole family to watch. Heck, it's not like he isn't exposed to that around home.

Keep up the good work and THANK YOU for starting a new season!!!

I'm excited to see how the heartbeat of New York City will affect the new designers. I liked Season 6, but I feel like LA left them a little uninspired. NYC can't be beat!

I am so pumped for this years season of Project Runway because it will be another year to watch with my husband (his little dirty pleasure) and we can marvel in another year of talent, challenges, and TIM GUNN! He has become our household favorite.

I am excited to get to "meet" the new contestants and have a great show to look forward to every week! I am most curious if the three black stars on the back of the hand will be on this seasons show too? The guest judges and checking out what Heidi's wearing each week are an added bonus to seeing the weekly designs, also.

I am just so excited to see the show again! I love Heidi and Tim; but what I really enjoy the show for is its creative aspect! Its amazing the talent that people have and the visions that they possess........the process from vision to clothing is fantastic!

I can't wait!

There are clothes from project runway (previous seasons) that are forever in my head. All of those memorable favorites are from the New York seasons. Project Runway returning to New York is an exciting promise of new favorites. I am ready for the original panel of judges to push the designers from ordinary to spectacular! LA inspired ordinary and I was not impressed. New York inspires extraordinary clothes. I am also excited about the new way that "Models of the Runway" will get the judges involved. New York, New York! Who will make it there? I cannot wait to find out!

I'm glad they are back in NYC so Nina Garcia and Michael Korrs can be there more often, and also so Tim Gun can say "Thank you, Moooood" to Mood's flagship store!
