Add Youth and Beauty With Natural Makeup

Start with a thorough cleansing followed by a cool rinse and a good moisturizer. Then, use a light, sheer foundation to even out your skin tone. If you have oily skin, find an oil-free foundation and apply it with a damp sponge for a sheer look. Tinted moisturizers can also work well by hydrating the skin and evening out your tone without the appearance of heavy makeup.
Next, opt for a cream blush instead of a powder for a sheer look. Apply a dab to the apples of your cheeks and blend upward toward your temples. Light peaches and pinks tend to look the most natural, and you can even choose one with a hint of shimmer for a glowing look. Set your base with a translucent powder applied lightly with a large brush or powder puff, and dust over the cheekbones and temples with a bronzer for a sun-kissed look.
For the eyes, dab on a light, satin eyeshadow -- you can choose a slight shimmer here too. Stick to a neutral color and spread it evenly all over the eye lid and under the brow. If you want a second color to add depth, add a darker color to the lid. Finish with a coat of dark brown or black mascara, and make sure you avoid any clumps.
Lastly, finish off your look with a light lip gloss. Choose from many sheer colors that will reflect the light and add moisture. Skip the lip liner and dark colors because these will make your makeup look unbalanced and unnatural.
If you are short on time or want a more natural look, stick to a good moisturizer, dark mascara and light lip gloss. And don't forget to drink a lot of water throughout the day for a healthy glow.
When choosing your makeup, why not choose products that give back to others too?
