A "star" is not someone that would have less than 10% name recognition. it takes more than being a knobby kneed actress on a not too well known TV show to be a "star".

Nice looking nothing spectacular . I see better looking women on the lake front. I slept with better looking . I think Fox is prettier , but men are sick of seeing her and even sicker of hearing her talk. I am surprised Carrie Underwood is not on the list. But congrats to the young lady.
