I always put conditioner all over the ends of my hair and let it sink in for 5 or 10 minutes before going into the shower to wash my hair.

I have been wearing http://www.rpgshow.com lace wigs, lace front wigs and full lace wigs for the longest time, but I actually didn't like the reality that continual tight weaves can make your http://www.owigs.com front lace wigs and http://www.owigs.com/stock-full-lace-wigs-c-1.html lace wigs thin. It's difficult for your scalp to recover from traction Alopecia.

I couldn't live without my mayonnaise treatment, it takes care of all the buildup and leaves your hair so shiny.

I use a second round of conditioner, which I don't rinse out of my hair at the end of my shower, for an easy leave-in treatment.

I have been using beer as a conditioner, which I leave on for ten minutes. Gives limp hair that extra bounce.

To maintane the shine on your hair, you should skip a day a week of washing your hair.

my favorite at home treatment is vinegar.
pour on, rinse off... instant residue remover, and leaves your hair nice and shiny!

This may not count as a treatment since it doesn't involove products but it really works for shiny healthy looking hair. When finished shampooing/conditioning start turning the water colder and continue to rinse hair. Gradually go as cold as you can stand (about 1 minute total).

As far as treatment goes, add a little rosemary oil to your conditioner.

When the ends of my hair seem a lttle dry (or split) I like to heat a little oil (olive or baby), gently massage it into my hair and scalp and cover with a shower cap (have used a plastic bag when I didn't have one) and leave it for as long as I can before I shampoo it out. My hair is soft, shiny and bouncy.

Love my naturally curly/wavey hair. However, in So. Fla., frizz is the enemy.
Recently started to use Argan Moroccan oil and that has helped. I also
shampoo just once per washing and after conditioning, final rinse is cold,
cold water.

My beautician used a flat iron on my wavy hair and afterwards used rusk being smooth cream and i havent stopped using it since. I love the way it makes my hair feel smooth and also frizz free! I would love to try their new line of shampoos and conditioners!

I like to wash my hair with drinking water that you buy out of the store. I think it leaves your hair alot cleaner.
