American Apparel Looking for 'Best Bottom in the World' to Be Its New Butt Model

Glad you asked. We were thinking of bending over, snapping a photo and submitting it to American Apparel's "Best Bottom in the World" contest.

While wearing our favorite made-in-the-USA skivvies, of course.

In news that should surprise no one who's ever seen a provocative American Apparel ad or heard the name "Dov Charney," the T-shirt empire has issued a booty call in its pursuit to find the right pair of cheeks to model its briefs and intimates lines.

According to a statement posted on the company's site, the lucky winner and her buns of steel will be flown to LA for a photo shoot which will be featured online (and, no doubt, as Charney's screensaver).

To enter, contestants should slip on American Apparel briefs, bodysuits or panties and snap a closeup shot of their rump. Photos can be submitted online and are rated by visitors to the site.

The top 10 contestants (who should be 18 or older, FYI) with the most public support will receive American Apparel goodie bags worth $300. Don't just sit there -- the deadline for submissions is Feb. 21.

Go on... You know you're dying to make an ass of yourself.
