Step 1: Take 6 inches of ribbon and carefully create accordion folds.

Step 2: Pinch the gathered ribbon together and stitch the center securely.

Step 3: Repeat steps 1 and 2 to create six folded ribbon pieces to serve as the main centerpiece of the necklace.

Step 4 - Creating the two end pieces: Make two more folded ribbon piece with one end that is longer (be sure that the extended ribbon is long enough to tie around the neck).

Step 5: Thread your needle

Step 6: Start with one end piece (the extended ribbon) and begin stringing on the folded ribbons and pearls. You can alternate between the different pieces for a desired look. This is where you get creative and make a necklace that is unique of your own. Finish the necklace by stringing the last end piece and knotting it securely.
