Songstress Jennifer Hudson took a departure from her usual ultra-feminine look to try out something a little edgier for the 2010 Grammys.

The new mom -- she gave birth to her first child, son David, in August -- showed off a fit post-baby body (and decolletage) in a cleavage-baring, sharply cut black dress from Victoria Beckham's Spring/Summer 2010 collection.

Oversized lucite bangles (one on each wrist) and patent platform pumps perfectly complemented Hudson's avant garde ensemble.

In the beauty department, Hudson's high ponytail, fringe of blunt bangs and hot pink lips were very on-trend -- a look we hope the performer continues to rock.
