While Glamour's March cover might show Victoria Beckham looking all sweet and innocent in jeans, a tee with an adorable puppy slung around her neck, the inside of the magazine is positively sultry.

Photographed by Ellen von Unwerth, Beckham's Glamour spread shows the mother of three playing the super sexy housewife -- doing dishes, scrubbing the floor, getting groceries and even eating whipped cream from the can while clad in retro-inspired bras, panties and bodysuits, as well as her own Victoria Beckham Denim brand short-shorts and, naturally for Posh, sky high stilettos.

"Absolutely [heels make my feet] hurt," Beckham tells Glamour in the accompanying article. "I'm not going to lie. But no pain, no gain, as they say. I don't mind. I will suffer. I don't wear heels every day, but when I'm out, that's how I feel confident."

As for her real motherly duties, Beckham says she's as involved as she can be.

"I travel a fair amount, and when I'm here in L.A., everything revolves around the kids. So if I'm not working, I go to the school and help serve lunches to the children. They just love that. It's like, 'Oh, there's Mummy serving me!'"

Um, we'd pay to see Posh in a hairnet!

As for maintaining her notoriously thin frame, Beckham says, "I'm not a supermodel. I make the best of what I've got. I work out to look the best that I can, but I'm no Gisele. I'm a very, very healthy eater. I eat lots of fish, lots of vegetables, lots of fruit. I don't eat junk food."

Glamour's cover features Beckham in her own denim brand and the inside spread features pieces from her Victoria Beckham Eyewear and Victoria Beckham Dress collection, mixed in with items by Dolce & Gabbana, Chris Benz, Burberry, Sonia Rykiel and Marc Jacobs.

"I consider all of my pieces to be investment pieces," she says of her pricey signature line that was just worn by Jennifer Hudson at the Grammy Awards. "A dress shouldn't be worn for one season -- you should be able to wear it year after year."

So well-known is Beckham's fashion sense that she tells the magazine her husband, David Beckham, went out and bought a whole new designer wardrobe for their first date.

"When I first went out with David, I was in the Spice Girls, and David wasn't so known. He told me when I got to know him a little better that he didn't know very much about me, so he bought tabloids," shes says. "He read that I liked Prada. So he went out and bought Prada trousers, Prada shoes, a Prada shirt, Prada jacket."

Apparently, it worked like a charm.
