The green-eyed beauty stars on the shopping bible's cover in a pretty gingham belted Ali Ro dress and gold jewelry by Ten Thousand Things, Louis Vuitton and Lola Brooks; while on the inside pages she glams things up in a fluffy Valentino frock, though remains her down-to-earth self by going barefoot.
"Even with all these whimsical layers, this dress manages to be streamlined enough at the neck to keep it from being too girly," 33-year-old Russell tells the magazine about the buff-hued dress.
"I'm into the sexy masculine thing," she says of her signature style. "All the clean lines and tailoring are so classic. I look for those details on dresses and skirts, too."
The designers that help her achieve that look include the Australian label Lover, the Canadian line Mercy, Rachel Comey and J.Crew.
"I discovered Rachel Comey while shopping one day and ended up buying every one of her pieces in the store," Russell admits before doling out props to one of our favorite fashion forces, Jenna Lyons.
"J.Crew is so great right now for classics: button-downs, pants, pencil skirts. And I love the way everything is layered on its Website." We completely concur!

Currently starring in the flick "Extraordinary Measures," the low-maintenance star has a pretty simple beauty routine involving slathering her body in Kiehl's coriander lotion and playing up her eyes with colored liner.
"This leaf green pencil is cool and completely unexpected -- it makes my eyes sparkle," she says of a liner by Tina Turnbow for Tarte.
