In honor of the Oscar Nominations for 2010, we figured we'd do a little fashion flashback to see what the red carpet was like ten years ago. After all, many of today's big stars were still rising stars in 2000.

Penelope Cruz, nominated this year for "Nine," was still building her acting career in 2000, having just wrapped one of her first major films, "All the Pretty Horses," with Matt Damon.
