Did Calvin Klein Get An Extreme Makeover?

While comfy undies and sexy lived-in looking jeans may be the designer's trademark, it doesn't look like Calvin Klein is as casual in style about aging. In the past year, Klein's face has gone from distinguishingly etched to squeaky shiny plastic-smooth.

What has the designer been doing to his face?

"Wow, Calvin Klein looks like he had an extreme makeover," Michigan Plastic Surgeon Dr. Tony Youn of the Celebrity Cosmetic Surgery Blog tells StyleList.

"His forehead is as smooth as a kitchen counter, and it looks like he has had Botox injections. His cheeks are full, possibly due to placement of cheek implants. The loose skin is also gone from his face and neck, which can represent the results of a facelift," says Dr. Youn.

But the designer may not have stopped at surgery alone.

"His skin is also much smoother and much of his fine wrinkles and age spots are erased, possibly due to a deep chemical peel or laser treatments. His nose also looks thinner. I question whether he may have had a nose job as well," adds Dr. Youn.

Whew. Looks like Mr. Klein could be giving Joan Rivers some steep competition.

To see the results of a chemical peel and plastic surgery on a real woman, read this story. Or, hear about a new trend in hair that actually leaves women looking older -- on purpose!

The perfect wardrobe for working women - or the girl who wants to invest in one piece to wear forever - Costa's Fall collection was decidedly modern, with a hint of mystery and subtle seduction

Zac watched attentively as the models made their way down the catwalk and even gave one look an eyebrow raise of approval.

I looked at both pictures for quite some time, and frankly, I wouldn't trust that "Michigan plastic surgeon" with anything. I wouldn't be surprised if there might've been so botox, but I doubt he's been under the knife as much as this doctor claims. First, his facial expressions are different in the two pictures. The one on the right appears that the smile is more genuine while the one on the left, he appears to be forcing a bit of a smile. When a person smiles genuinely, their skin does look younger and cheeks more full. If the smile is forced, then the person looks older and tired. I agree that he likely has a tan, but the lighting is different in this more recent picture. His wrinkles and scarring still show up in each photo, but the lighting is more flattering in the second photo. The angle of the photo is a bit different as well which will account for some differences in appearance.

Good thing the MORON doc spent so much money on his degree! I am not and have never been in the medical field and it is obvious to me that he looks the same in both pics, just different coloring and lighting!...kinda scary thinking this Doc is cutting on people when he doesn't know sh*t:)

Honestly, he looks exactly the same in both pictures. He appears to have more of a tan in one photo, but I really don't know what all the fuss is about.

He just got some fillers and some resurfacing-maybe fat transfer-big deal! he needed it and has the $$$$ to pay for it . Why not? I see fitness instructors and other people in the beauty get this stuff in our office al the time-if they have the money for it and they want it why not?

He got a tan and maybe some botox. That's it. The doctor is a moron if he thinks he's had anything else done.

This is ridiculous...CK 8 months apart...first in high summer, second in deep winter...pictures of ANYONE eight such extremely different months apart will show differences. This is just a totally transparent marketing ploy to benefit Dr! Youn.
How dumb are we readers supposed to be?
