It's about time your man got a good spanking -- oops, we mean Spanxing.
That's right, gals. Those beer bellies and pudgy love handles are about to be a distant memory thanks to the upcoming launch of -- drum roll please -- Spanx for Men. (Or as we link to call them "Manx.")
Spanx will be debuting the Spanx for Men line at a Spanx Showcase during New York Fashion Week.
The line of cotton-compression undershirts will "comfortably firm the chest, flatten the stomach, improve posture and eliminate bulk under clothes," the company says.
"Men's undershirts have been underperforming for as long as they've been around, with stretched-out necks and bulky cuts that do nothing for the male physique," Spanx founder Sara Blakely says.
"The men in my life (and in Hollywood) have been asking me to make Spanx for men for years, so I was inspired to create comfortable and powerful undershirts that provide instant gratification without gimmicks. It's your favorite t-shirt without your least favorite part... love handles."
We'll drink to that!
Calling it "the new standard in men's underwear" (as opposed to the old standard, which was droopy, dingy manties that basically let everything hang out), Spanx's foray into shapewear for men marks a growing trend of body-conscious menswear.
(Not that we're complaining -- we like it when people think that our guy actually has a six-pack. As if.)
The Spanx undershirts come in three styles -- tank ($55), crew-neck ($58) and V-neck ($58) in black or white -- and are currently available for pre-order on Spanx.com, before launching at Neiman Marcus on Mar. 15.

In the meantime, go ahead and let him have that bacon cheeseburger for dinner tonight. Soon it won't matter...
