Inspiration: Rock n' roll, French cool, indie spirit, alabaster-inspired designs
Top Looks: Long black jersey dress; Olive and cream patchwork top with tunic and suede wrap boots; Mongolian fur vest, smoking jacket, corduroy pants

Who Was There: Ke$ha, Jared Leto, Margherita Missoni, hipsters galore and Yeasayer, who performed
What We Thought: Wasson is a woman who has a keen sense of style and even if her designs are not your cup of tea, you have to admire how much fun she seems to be having in creating new collections. For fall, she eschewed the stuffiness of the tents and instead held her show at luxury retailer ABC Carpet & Home.
Surrounded by large scale Persian rugs that hung like college tapestries around the cavernous space, she also had also organized a stage where indie group Yeasayer performed two songs while models traipsed by.
The clothes coming down the runway were louche and slouchy. Nearly every dress was full-length and worn with a beret. Cream was the dominating color - and also came in the form of silk tops, cotton tunics, leggins, blazers and even leather shorts. The monotone ensembles were playful but fell shy of Wasson's previous offerings.
