THE SCOOP: Carmen Marc Valvo has established himself within the fashion industry for his intricately tailored clothes that celebrate the curves of
Celebrity hair stylist Ted Gibson fused what he described "Forties New" into a faux bob with a little bit of weight. "When people think of that decade, they only think of Veronica Lake, but there were more interpretations than just wavy, long hair," said Gibson.
Romero Jennings accentuated the sexy strands with strikingly lined eyes and vivacious lips. "Carmen said he wanted an elegant '40s woman and that's why I came up with this angled eye -- bringing in an Asian influence," said Jennings.
