HAIR: Peter Gray for Redken
NAILS: Deborah Lippmann
SNAPSHOT: Warrior Princesses
THE SCOOP: This season Badgley Mischka's red carpet gowns were inspired by the cosmos -- the beauty look played along with a nod to fantasy. "The theme is warrior princess," said Grey. He created two hair looks for the show: First an updo with volume on top to go with the gowns ("This is the princess part.") and then halfway through the show, the girls' hair came down into a long style with the sides pulled back ("The warrior part.") to go with the lower priced Mark & James diffusion line.
Tilbury created an earthy, highlighted makeup look with lots of contouring. "It's a contoured, feline eye," she explained. "There is contouring up into the temple -- it drags the eye up and gives it the warrior look."
GET THE LOOK - MAKEUP: All products by MAC. Use Face and Body Foundation for fresh-looking skin. Contour under your cheekbones and up around to the temple with Pro Powder Blushes in Taupe and Harmony. Use Crystal Avalanche Eye Shadow to highlight the cheekbones and center of the face. On eyes lightly apply Pro Cream Color Base in Airforce Blue underneath and use ZoomLash Mascara in Dark Brown. Lips get Tinted Lip Conditioner SPF 15.

GET THE LOOK - HAIR: All products by Redken. Gray used Layer Lift 07 as a base to thicken up the hair. He then attached Easy Lengths hair extensions in the back to make the girls' hair super long. For look #1 Gray pulled back the sides (leaving the top and bottom length free) into a mini ponytail in the center of the head and used Work Force 09 spray to keep it sleek. He backcombed the underside of the top part of the hair and then brought it back and over the top of the head. Without pulling the volume out of the top he gathered the top two sections of hair (the ponytail hair and the top hair) into a ponytail and twisted it into a rope. He twisted the bottom section the other way and then wound the two "ropes" around each other to create a knot. For look #2 he simply undid the knot and let the hair fall free.
GET THE LOOK - NAILS: Lippmann Collection nail lacquer in Marquee Moon fitted with the otherworldly theme -- it's a futuristic, metallic silver with sequins.
